Chengdu's China-Europe Railway Express South Corridor Achieves First "Sea Crossing" Transport!

In alignment with the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping’s keynote speech at the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, especially regarding the call to "accelerate the high-quality development of the China-Europe Railway Express and jointly advance the construction of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Corridor," a new milestone was reached on July 29. The South Corridor of the Chengdu China-Europe Railway Express launched a trial run of its second route across the Caspian Sea.

This new route further enriches the overseas network of the South Corridor, enhancing its "seamless efficiency, multidirectional expansion, and sea-land connectivity." It offers more options for domestic and international clients in foreign trade logistics.
